Hyderabad, May 2024: VEGA Group China announced the appointment of Dr. Mahendra Deshpande as Sales Director for the Indian Subcontinent, in keeping with its intentions to expand its business globally. To support the feed industry and animal health sector in attaining safe and sustainable production of poultry, dairy, aquaculture, and other products, Dr. Mahendra will oversee VEGA’s business development and growth initiatives throughout the region.

Dr. Mahendra is a licensed DVM who graduated with a master’s degree in veterinary sciences and animal health from MAFSU, India. He has worked for various national and international companies in India’s animal health and nutrition sector for more than 20 years in operations management, sales, marketing, and various techno-commercial capacities.
Having strong technical knowledge and expertise in strategic planning and execution, together with account management focused on precise pre- and post-sales efforts. Dr. Mahendra has been known for improving organizational performance and unlocking new business opportunities through strategic alliances with key decision makers.
