IPEMA–Poultry India Showcases Strong and Impactful Presence at the 12th Kolkata International Poultry Fair (KIPF) 2026

IPEMA–Poultry India marked a significant and impactful participation at the 12th Kolkata International Poultry Fair (KIPF) 2026, reaffirming its strong commitment to collaboration, innovation, and sustainable growth in the Indian poultry sector.

Organized by the West Bengal Poultry Federation in association with the Animal Resources Development Department, Government of West Bengal, the prestigious four-day fair served as a vital platform for knowledge exchange, technology showcase, and strategic partnerships across Eastern India.

NOVACON 2026

On DAY-1 at NOVACON 2026; IPEMA–Poultry India commenced its engagement at the 12th Kolkata International Poultry Fair 2026 with active participation in NOVACON 2026 – Conference on Innovation in Poultry. The conference featured internationally reputed speakers and industry experts who shared valuable insights on technological advancements, innovation-driven practices, and sustainability strategies aimed at strengthening the Indian poultry sector.

Following the successful conclusion of NOVACON 2026, Shri Sapan Debnath, Hon’ble Minister for Animal Resources Development, Government of West Bengal, ceremonially inaugurated the Fair, marking the formal opening of the 12th KIPF.

STRONG PRESENCE ACROSS THE THREE DAYS OF THE FAIR

Over the subsequent three days of the Fair (11th–13th February 2026), IPEMA–Poultry India demonstrated a dynamic and impactful presence through its exclusive pavilion at the exhibition. The IPEMA Pavilion emerged as a vibrant networking and knowledge-sharing hub, attracting industry leaders, manufacturers, integrators, veterinarians, and stakeholders from across the region.

Additionally, BANSI POLYTECH represented by Hitesh Kakadiya and CHISHTIYA POULTRY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED led by Arif Ali, leveraged the IPEMA Pavilion to promote their brand for outreach.

On the last and final day of the fair on 13th February 2026, the 12th Kolkata International Poultry Fair concluded on a high note, with the IPEMA Pavilion emerging as a dynamic hub of innovation and industry excellence. The occasion was further honoured by the gracious visit of Shri Pradip Mazumdar, Hon’ble Minister of Panchayat and Rural Development, who attended as the Special Guest on the concluding day at the IPEMA-Poultry India stall (Pavilion).

Throughout the three days, the IPEMA delegation actively engaged with industry leaders and stakeholders, fostering meaningful discussions and exploring new avenues of collaboration. The event also received coverage from Poultry India Media, further amplifying the visibility of IPEMA’s participation.

PRESIDENT’S ADDRESS AT 12th KIPF

Addressing stakeholders during the Fair, President Mr. Uday Singh Bayas stated:

“IPEMA remains steadfast in its commitment to collaboration, innovation, and sustainable growth in the Indian poultry sector. I warmly invite everyone to be a part of the 18th Poultry India Expo 2026 and join us in shaping the future of our industry. I sincerely thank all the dignitaries present, Hon’ble Minister Shri Sapan Debnath, and acknowledge the dedicated efforts of Shri Madan Maity in strengthening Poultry India in Eastern India. We look forward to deeper industry collaboration and invite all stakeholders to participate in the 18th edition of Poultry India Expo 2026 at HITEX, Hyderabad, during 25th, 26th and 27th November 2026.”

EASTERN INDIA – A GROWING POULTRY POWERHOUSE

West Bengal continues to play a pivotal role in India’s poultry growth story:

  • 12.62% national share in poultry meat production
  • 4th in egg production, achieving 1,623.9 crore eggs in 2023–24
  • 18.07% growth rate, significantly above the national average
