Animal Husbandry Minister Shri Giriraj Singh suggests solutions for Bihar poultry problems

In the Modi government, the Minister of Animal Husbandry, Mr. Giriraj Singh is working tirelessly to address the problems of cattle rearing, in the same order he met the delegation of a progressive poultry farm association of Bihar headed by Mr. Sanjeev Srivastava on August 11, 2019. Through the delegation, the Hon’ble Minister was told in detail how the State’s Layer Farmer and Broiler Poultry producers are going through a difficult phase, their cost price is also escalating.

During this, the Minister discussed how various aspects of broiler and egg producers can reduce the cost of poultry production. He suggested that if poultry products are produced in an organic way, it will also be better for health and fetch more revenue. In addition to this there was a discussion on opening a NECC center in Bihar. The minister explained how the drumstick, can be used as a supplementary feed for the poultry birds.
