Gujarat Poultry Industry Set to Gain Greater Momentum with 2nd Poultry Expo at DLPE Asia 2026
The 2nd Poultry Expo, being organised under the 14th DLPE Asia Exhibition 2026, was officially launched with a special Poultry Expo launch event and media briefing held on 8 August 2026 in Anand, Gujarat. The event highlighted the strong potential of Gujarat’s poultry industry and the growing opportunities for poultry farmers, entrepreneurs, technology providers and allied businesses across the region.
The event witnessed the participation of around 130 delegates, including representatives from poultry farmer associations, industry organisations, animal health companies and other key stakeholders from the poultry sector.
The media briefing brought together leading representatives from the poultry industry, farmer associations and supporting organisations to discuss the current scenario, future growth prospects and technological development of the poultry sector in Gujarat.

The event was organised by Radeecal Communications, represented by CEO Mr. Sanyal Desai and CFO Mr. Neeraj Shah, in association with the Layers Poultry Farmers Association of Gujarat (Global Welfare Foundation), represented by Mr. Hemantbhai Patel, and the Broilers Poultry Farmers Association of Gujarat – Global Welfare Foundation.
The event received valuable support from prominent industry associations, including the National Egg Coordination Committee (NECC), represented by President Mr. Mitul Patel, Vets in Poultry (VIP), represented by Dr. Rais Rajpura, and the Indian Federation of Animal Health Companies (INFAH).
Several prominent poultry industry representatives and experts also participated in the media interaction, including Mr. Samir Patel, Dr. Dadhania, Dr. Sajan Patel
Gujarat Poultry Industry: Strong Potential and Regional Opportunities
Addressing the media, Mr. Mitul Patel, Mr. Hemant Patel, Mr. Samir Patel, Dr. D. Dadhania, Dr. Rais Rajpura, Dr. Sajan Patel, Maharshi Patel, provided insights into the existing strength and future potential of Gujarat’s poultry industry. They highlighted the important role of poultry farming in supporting rural entrepreneurship, employment generation, food security and the overall agricultural economy of the state.
The speakers also emphasised the significant opportunities available for participation from neighbouring and surrounding states, particularly Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. With the poultry sector rapidly adopting modern farming practices, automation, improved animal health solutions, advanced equipment and efficient production technologies, the region offers considerable scope for further growth and investment.
2nd Poultry Expo to Showcase Technology, Knowledge and Business Opportunities
The speakers further briefed the media about the upcoming 2nd Poultry Expo, which will be held as part of the 14th DLPE Asia Exhibition 2026 from 11–13 September 2026 at the Helipad Exhibition Centre, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
The three-day exhibition will bring together poultry farmers, integrators, breeders, feed and equipment manufacturers, animal health companies, technology providers and other stakeholders from Gujarat and neighbouring states. Along with the exhibition, technical seminars and panel discussions will provide opportunities for knowledge sharing, industry interaction and discussion on key poultry-sector developments. The organisers aim to make the Poultry Expo a strong business, networking and knowledge-sharing platform, strengthening collaboration and creating new opportunities across the poultry value chain while highlighting Gujarat’s growing position as a leading poultry hub in India.
