IPEMA Poultry India Supports VIP’s 3rd National Symposium on Building a Future Ready Poultry Industry

IPEMA–Poultry India proudly supported and participated in the 3rd National Symposium 2026 organized by Vets in Poultry (VIP) at the Sheraton Grand, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru.

The symposium, themed ‘Future Ready Poultry: Managing Risks, Maximizing Resilience,’ brought together leading poultry industry stakeholders, veterinarians, academicians, researchers, policymakers, entrepreneurs, students, and international delegates.

Representing IPEMA–Poultry India, Mr. Uday Singh Bayas, President, IPEMA–Poultry India, actively participated in discussions focused on the future growth and transformation of the poultry industry.

A key highlight was the interaction between Chief Guest Mr. Arjun Devaiah Theethamada, South Asian Games Gold Medallist, nine-time National Champion and CEO of Abhimanyu Academy, and Mr. Uday Singh Bayas, reflecting the shared values of resilience, leadership, discipline, and innovation.

The symposium featured expert-led technical sessions and a panel discussion titled ‘Future Ready Poultry – Survival to Scale,’ addressing sustainability, scalability, farmer profitability, exports, innovation, biosecurity, leadership, and future growth opportunities.

During the discussion, Mr. Uday Singh Bayas emphasized the importance of industry associations in fostering collaboration and addressing common sectoral challenges through collective action.

The IPEMA–Poultry India information table witnessed strong visitor engagement and footfall throughout the symposium, providing an excellent platform for networking, stakeholder engagement, knowledge exchange, and strengthening relationships across the poultry value chain.
