PVS Group India
PVS Group India successfully conducted the PPL (PVS Premium League – Season 2), creating two days of tremendous energy, enthusiasm, teamwork, and sporting spirit among employees.
The grand event witnessed the participation of 8 teams, with 15 players in each team, bringing together a total of 140 employees from across the PVS Group family. The participating teams were:
- Layer Legends
- Pet Panthers
- Camel Kings
- Swine Warriors
- Broiler Kings
- Cattle Chargers
- Fish Masters
- Vanammei Strikers
The league was conducted with great excitement and healthy competition, providing employees with an opportunity to come together, showcase their sporting talents, and strengthen their relationships beyond their routine workplace environment.
Addressing the event, Company Executive Director Mr. Arun Pamulapati highlighted the importance of organizing such activities to strengthen team spirit and collaboration among colleagues. He emphasized that sports help employees develop important professional qualities such as strategic planning, working towards a common goal, effective planning and execution, risk management, decision-making, coordination, leadership, and motivation. He encouraged employees to carry these qualities into their day-to-day professional responsibilities and use them to achieve organizational goals.
The much-awaited final match was played between Layer Legends and Pet Panthers. After an exciting and competitive contest, Layer Legends emerged victorious and were crowned the champions of PVS Premium League Season 2.
Addressing the players and employees, Chairman & Managing Director Dr. Seshaiah V. Pamulapati appreciated the enthusiasm and participation of all the teams. He encouraged everyone to maintain team spirit, discipline, unity, and a healthy approach not only in sporting activities but also in every aspect of life. He congratulated the winning team, Layer Legends, and appreciated all the participants for making the event a grand success.
The two-day celebration was filled with enthusiasm, energy, camaraderie, and joy, with employees actively supporting their teams and enjoying every moment of the competition. The event once again demonstrated the strong sense of unity and togetherness within the PVS Group family.
PVS Premium League Season 2 concluded on a memorable note, leaving everyone with valuable lessons in teamwork, discipline, strategic thinking, healthy competition, and collective achievement.
