About IB Group
IB Group’s journey began in 1984, when brothers Mr. Sultan Ali and Mr. Bahadur Ali established a small poultry farm to sell chickens. Initially, they lacked a clear direction for growth. In 1996, joined by Mr. Zeeshan Ali, they attended a conference in Delhi that inspired them to shift their focus — not just to grow their own business, but to uplift poultry farmers across the country.
From 1996 to 2006, IB Group focused on building a strong infrastructure in Chhattisgarh. Post-2008, the company expanded its operations nationwide. Mr. Bahadur Ali traveled extensively to countries including Brazil, the United States, and various African nations, learning global best practices in poultry farming. Despite numerous challenges, IB Group has emerged as one of India’s leading poultry enterprises, with a current turnover of ₹13,000 crore. Today, the company employs 15,000 people, supports 15,000 farmers, and works with 10,000 traders across India.
